The Privacy Policy governs the use of this website. St. Xavier's School, Burdwan is committed to protect your privacy and works towards offering you a useful, safe online experience. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given by St. Xavier's School, Burdwan to any other institution for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.

St. Xavier's School, Burdwan treats your personal information or your use of the service as private and confidential and does not check, edit or reveal it to any third parties except where it believes in good faith, such action is necessary to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory processes or to protect and defend the rights of other users or to enforce the terms of service which are binding on all the users of the site.

Except where specifically agreed upon or necessary for operational or regulatory reasons St. Xavier's School, Burdwan will not send you any unsolicited information via e-mail. The user can nevertheless unsubscribe from receipt of such e-mails by following instructions therein.

St. Xavier's School, Burdwan may collect unnamed statistics, which do not personally identify you and reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site.

The information contents provided on this site cannot be copied, modified, uploaded, downloaded, published or republished, transmitted or otherwise distributed for commercial purposes without prior and explicit permission from the concerned authorities. Reproduction of any information or material provided on this website, with or without any modification, is prohibited unless, with prior permission of St. Xavier's School, Burdwan and shall amount to violation of copyright and would be deemed an illegal act.

RULES FOR PAYMENT

1. The school fees cover 12 calendar months. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods.
2. Fees under any head of payment may be subject to an increase at a later date. In such circumstances parents will be duly informed.
3. Yearly extras must be paid with the monthly fees of April.
4. Fees must be paid online only through school website (http://www.sxs-bwn.org) by using the internet banking, Debit Card (Rupay), Credit Card and UPI only.
5. After successful completion of the payment, the system will generate the fee receipt and preserve it for future reference.
6. Cheque must be payable to : THE PRINCIPAL, St. Xavier's School. Money Orders, and Bank Cheques sent by post, will not be accepted.
7. Fees may be paid in advance for the whole year.
8. Pupils are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names have not been struck off the rolls. Defaulters will be charged a fine of Rs 100/- cumulatively for each month.
9. If the School Calendar is lost, a new calendar can be bought at school stationery for Rs 200/-.
10. Do not pay beyond March / Current Financial year. No refund or readjustment will be made once the payment is done.
11. The Annual or Semester results of the students who have arrears will not be announced or a Transfer certificate issued before all dues are paid in full. The names of those who have arrears for more than two months will be struck off the rolls and an admission fee charged for readmission.
12. St. Xavier's School, Burdwan does not charge any processing fee or service charges from the students for online payment. However, the students have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks. Students are required to pay the fee by the due date as notified.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student should apply to the Principal. Subsequent action in this regard shall be subject to his consent.
