3. Leave of absence for serious family reasons must be applied for in advance
in writing. Parents should avoid taking students for functions during working
days. Students absent for more than 2 days must inform the school
authorities in writing.
4. PARENTS / GUARDIANS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO VISIT THE CLASS ROOM OR

INTERVIEW THE TEACHERS DURING CLASS HOURS OR MEET THEIR WARDS
DURING LUNCH / TIFFIN BREAKS EXCEPT WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE
PRINCIPAL / VICE-PRINCIPAL.
5. Students are supervised in the campus during school hours. The school will
not bear responsibility for students not taken home after class hours by 2.00
p.m.
6. In case a child falls sick/meets with an accident in the school
premises he/she can be helped with immediate first aid only. The
parents will be informed and they are expected to come and attend to
the student immediately. It is important to give the correct contact
numbers in the diary and update it whenever there is a change in the
address of the parents. In severe emergency on consultation with the

parents, the child may be taken to the hospital of the parents’ choice or
to the nearest hospital to avoid delays in providing medical aid. The
school will not be liable to bear the cost of any treatment.
CORRESPONDENCE
In all correspondence kindly mention the student’s full name, class, Section,
Roll Number and School Registration Number.
WITHDRAWAL, TRANSFER AND DISMISSAL
(a) Notice of withdrawals must be given in WRITING to the Principal. One
month’s notice must be given or a month’s fee paid before a pupil may be
withdrawn from the school. No Transfer Certificate will be issued unless all
dues are fully settled. Pupils who fail to return to the school within a week of
the re-opening of the New Academic Session, will be struck off the rolls unless
the reason for their delay is intimated IN WRITING to the Principal.
Cost of transfer certificate is Rs. 500/-
(b) A student failing in a class at the end of the academic year does not remain
on the rolls unless the parents / guardians notify the principal in writing, within
7 days of the proclamation of the annual results, that they wish their child to
continue his or her studies in the school.
(c) A student who fails in TWO CONSECUTIVE CLASSES or TWICE IN THE SAME
CLASS will have to withdraw from the School.
(d) Students whose conduct is INJURIOUS TO THE MORAL TONE of the School
or incompatible with strict discipline are liable to be dismissed. In particular,

stealing, restoring to unfair means during tests and examinations, and any
form of verbal, written obscenity or behavioural acts f violence may entail
dismissal.
