4. A pupil who misses an examination or Unit Test may not appear for them
at a later date. If the absence is justified, the fact will be taken into account
when deciding on promotion. Parents must not send their children for a
Unit Test /Examination when they are ill or recovering from an illness. No
student will be allowed to leave the school just after the Unit Test or any
Examination without completing the school hour. No student/guardian will
approach the teachers for re-test.

5. Before and after any Major Holidays i.e. the last day before closing and
opening day of the term, there will be a Unit Test.
6. The students absent from class the day before a test will not sit for the test
unless allowed by the Principal / Vice Principal.
7. Computer, Education is provided to all the students of classes L.K.G. to 8. Its
objective is to introduce computer as tool to supplement and expand
the learning experience through the use of educational and logic building
programmes with an emphasis on learning through play.
8. Marks will be deducted for bad handwriting and indiscipline issues (2.5+2.5).

9. PROMOTION RULES

A1. Criteria for Promotion :

A2. The percentage in general Proficiency is not a criterion for
promotion:-

B2. Promotion will be denied to a student, if he/she takes recourse
to any sort of unfair means in any examination.
B3. In all questions of promotion or failure, the Principal’s decision is final.

Requests for reconsideration of a decision will not be entertained.
