d) Students who have been absent from class due to an illness exceeding 2
calendar days must bring a letter from their parents. A medical certificate
& Doctor’s prescription must be attached to the letter.
e) Late comers will not be allowed to the class without the permission of the
Principal/Vice-Principal.

f) No leave of absence is given without a previous written application from the
guardian.
g) Absence from class for the following reasons is strongly prohibited:
i) for birthdays, marriages, feasts, excursions
ii) in view of anticipating or extending school vacations
iii) in order to study
h) Those with less than 75% ATTENDANCE will not be eligible for promotion or
for the ICSE/ISC Examinations. For every unauthorized absent day, 0.25 mark
will be deducted from the total.
4. Students should not leave the school premises without the permission of
the Vice-Principal/Principal. In case of emergency, a student will be allowed
to go home only with his/her father or mother.
5. Only with the express consent of the Principal, may parties, picnics,
exhibitions be organized, money collected, books, stamps, tickets sold or
purchased. The school is not responsible for any privately arranged outing
or Picnic.
6. Books are regularly issued to the students from the school library.

Magazines and books other than textbooks or library books must be
submitted to the Vice-Principal for approval.
7. Students should not carry Mobile Phones, smart watches and other
expensive electronic gadgets with them and if found, they will be
confiscated and will NOT be returned.
8. Every student must develop strong work habits and independent learning
subjects
taught each day and complete their assignments, projects and homework in
no
marks can be allotted for the Semester Examination of that subject.
9. When co-curricular activities, class picnics or excursions are organized by

the school, students have to take part in them.
10. A student who is found guilty of using unfair means during tests and

examinations shall be liable to be disqualified and debarred from appearing
three consecutive including the one where he/she was found
any
class while he/she is in the School will be dismissed instantly.
11. English must be spoken in the school premises. Those not willing to abide
by this regulation will be asked to leave the school.
